How We Do It

At Kensington Luxe, we offer Complimentary Ground Shipping via FedEx or UPS on all U.S. orders. 

The estimated delivery date will be provided on the confirmation email and at Checkout. 

Order deadlines vary based on shipping options.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

We offer a 30-day Full Refund or Exchange from the date the order was purchased. 

Anything past that time frame cannot be returned or exhanged.

All Clearance items are Final Sale.  

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

About Our Policy

At Kensington Luxe, we pride ourselves on the quality we offer in our products. 

For this reason, we offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty for all leather goods

and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on accessories and clothing.

Normal wear and tear will not fall under any warranty.
